When you order or write to us on WhatsApp we receive your name, phone number, delivery address and whatever you choose to tell us — a gift message, a preferred delivery time, a question about a composition. We do not ask for identity documents, dates of birth or card details; payment is made by DuitNow QR or bank transfer directly to the maison, and we never see your banking credentials.

This site itself stores your bag in your own browser only. It does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics. When you press Order via WhatsApp, the message is composed on your device and nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp.

Your details are used to confirm availability, arrange delivery, take payment, send a tracking number and answer your questions. We may message you on the same thread about that order — a delay, a replacement, a courier update.

We do not add you to a mailing list or send promotional messages unless you have asked us to. If you would like to hear about new compositions, tell us; if you later change your mind, one message stops it.

Your name, phone number and address are given to the courier that delivers your parcel, and to no one else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) processes messages under its own privacy policy, which you agreed to when you installed the application.

Order records, including your delivery details, are kept for seven years to meet Malaysian tax and accounting requirements. The WhatsApp conversation itself is kept on the maison’s device so that we can honour returns, replacements and authenticity checks; you may ask us to delete it once your order is complete and the return window has passed.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent to its use, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to us on WhatsApp or by email; we respond within 21 days and do not charge for the request.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia (JPDP).
